The Population Health certificate program allows students the flexibility to earn this certificate from any location, and engage with students and faculty who have a shared drive and passion for making a difference. It is designed to meet the needs of current clinicians, while being accessible, affordable and attainable though the online learning environment.

Admissions Requirements
- Graduate application for admission.

Unofficial or official transcripts
- Applicants can choose to submit unofficial transcripts for initial review. If admitted, the applicant must submit an official transcript for each unofficial transcript upload. See our full policy for more details.
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (3.0 minimum GPA).
- One letter of reference from academic advisors, professors, supervisors, mentors, or person familiar with the applicant’s academic and/or professional ability. A faculty letter of recommendation is strongly encouraged.
- Resume/C.V.
- Academic writing sample (2-10 pages)
- A 250-word letter of interest, stating the applicant’s reasons for wanting the certificate and their relevant work experience.
- Language Proficiency requirement must be met. TOEFL, IELTS, Pearson Test of English, or Duolingo English Test may be required.
